尺寸計算編輯

風(feng)(feng)管尺寸=風(feng)(feng)量(liang)/風(feng)(feng)速

風量(liang)=房間(jian)(jian)面積*房間(jian)(jian)高*換氣(qi)次數

例(li)子:風(feng)量4萬,風(feng)速9m/s,

得風管尺(chi)寸=40000/9/3600=1.23平(ping)方(fang)

1.23=1.5*0.82

所以 風管尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)1500*800 。

管道直(zhi)徑設計計算步驟:

1、繪(hui)制通風(feng)或空(kong)調系統軸測(ce)圖,對各管(guan)段進行編號(hao),標注長度(du)(du)和風(feng)量。管(guan)段長度(du)(du)一般按兩管(guan)件中(zhong)心線長度(du)(du)計算,不扣除管(guan)件(如(ru)三通,彎(wan)頭)本身(shen)的(de)長度(du)(du)。

2、確(que)定合理的空氣速流

風(feng)(feng)管(guan)內的空氣流速對(dui)通風(feng)(feng)、空調(diao)系(xi)統的經濟型有(you)較大的影(ying)響。流速高(gao),風(feng)(feng)管(guan)斷(duan)面(mian)小,材料耗(hao)用少,建造費(fei)用小;但是(shi)系(xi)統的阻力(li)大,動力(li)消(xiao)耗(hao)增大,運(yun)用費(fei)用增加(jia)。對(dui)除塵(chen)系(xi)統會(hui)增加(jia)設備和管(guan)道的磨損(sun),對(dui)空調(diao)系(xi)統會(hui)增加(jia)噪聲。流速低(di),阻力(li)小,動力(li)消(xiao)耗(hao)少;但是(shi)風(feng)(feng)管(guan)斷(duan)面(mian)大,材料和建造費(fei)用大,風(feng)(feng)管(guan)占用的空間也增大。對(dui)除塵(chen)系(xi)統流速過低(di)會(hui)使粉塵(chen)沉積堵塞(sai)管(guan)道。
