(1)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)布置應(ying)(ying)盡(jin)量采用(yong)沿墻(qiang)壁鋪(pu)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法,這樣(yang)在終裝(zhuang)(zhuang)修時(shi)可形(xing)成凹凸頂結(jie)構(gou),既保持(chi)了(le)室內的(de)(de)(de)(de)凈高,又使風(feng)管(guan)(guan)得到屏蔽,可以(yi)起到較好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)修效果;(2)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)在布置時(shi)應(ying)(ying)盡(jin)量短(duan),彎(wan)頭不(bu)宜(yi)過(guo)多,轉角半徑(jing)不(bu)宜(yi)過(guo)小,并(bing)盡(jin)量避免(mian)管(guan)(guan)道突變徑(jing),以(yi)減少沿程(cheng)壓力的(de)(de)(de)(de)損失;(3)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時(shi)不(bu)應(ying)(ying)破壞原有建筑(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou),特別是承重結(jie)構(gou);(4)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)穿過(guo)墻(qiang)壁處(chu),其孔洞四周的(de)(de)(de)(de)縫(feng)隙(xi),應(ying)(ying)使用(yong)彈性材料填充密實;(5)為了(le)降低噪聲,風(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)始端(與送風(feng)機連接處(chu))不(bu)宜(yi)急彎(wan),必要時(shi),彎(wan)頭和(he)三通支管(guan)(guan)等(deng)處(chu)應(ying)(ying)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)設(she)導流葉(xie)片;(6)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接應(ying)(ying)嚴格按(an)照規(gui)范進行,粘(zhan)貼應(ying)(ying)牢固(gu)(gu)、鋪(pu)設(she)應(ying)(ying)平整、綁(bang)扎應(ying)(ying)緊密,無(wu)滑動、松弛與斷裂現象(xiang),防(fang)(fang)止漏(lou)冷(leng)(熱);(7)輸送易(yi)產生冷(leng)凝水空氣的(de)(de)(de)(de)風(feng)管(guan)(guan),一定要按(an)設(she)計要求的(de)(de)(de)(de)坡度安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang);(8)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)要牢固(gu)(gu),所有吊(diao)、支、托架不(bu)得妨礙(ai)風(feng)口(kou)(kou)、閥門(men)、控制系統及檢查門(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)操作,并(bing)作良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)銹處(chu)理;(9)新(xin)(xin)風(feng)管(guan)(guan)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)除應(ying)(ying)遵守(shou)送風(feng)管(guan)(guan)道安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)規(gui)定外,還(huan)應(ying)(ying)按(an)設(she)計要求作有坡度安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(坡向新(xin)(xin)風(feng)口(kou)(kou));(10)新(xin)(xin)風(feng)口(kou)(kou)要有防(fang)(fang)雨和(he)過(guo)濾網罩,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)位置應(ying)(ying)選在空氣不(bu)受(shou)污(wu)染的(de)(de)(de)(de)地方且便于檢修。
1、在設計靜壓箱時,如果按著規定的風速成進行設計,箱體將會很大;一般的靜壓箱長邊要寬出風管邊400mm,高度要寬出風管高度400mm ;2、選靜壓箱的經驗是5~10db(a)/m,高品質鍍鋅通風管阻抗復合型(似乎空調通風系統一般都用這個)消聲器10~15db(a)/m;3、控制風速 在2.5以內 若體積太大可適當得提高一下風速 關于長度一般大于1米沒有其他得強制要求 ;4、高度×深度=靜壓箱截面面積,靜壓箱截面面積×2.5m/s=風機風量,至于高度和深度怎么配,自己把握吧;5、用你機組的風量L÷3米/秒,可得到你靜壓箱一個面的面積,然后你根據你房子的高度,假如是4米,可你的機組是2米高,在減去軟接頭大概0.5米,上面留高0.5米,那你的靜壓箱只有1米高,那你就可以確定寬度了,有了兩個數,第三個數也就容易確定了,這里主要的是要看自己的空調機房夠不夠位置,如果鍍鋅通風管夠(gou)位置就(jiu)盡(jin)量的(de)大點!!長度(du)(du)的(de)計算方法也(ye)(ye)是一樣的(de),你知道了寬度(du)(du),那么你的(de)寬度(du)(du)乘以長度(du)(du)不也(ye)(ye)是有個(ge)面(mian)(mian)積嗎(ma)?這個(ge)面(mian)(mian)積也(ye)(ye)要(yao)等于L/3,不過在設計院里的(de)面(mian)(mian)風(feng)速(su)是取用(yong)2m/s的(de),如果夠(gou)空間,就(jiu)做大點吧;
