1. 技術背景,在焊接接頭中由于焊接所引起的各種裂紋,統稱焊接裂紋。焊接裂紋在焊縫金屬與熱影響區中都可能產生,是焊接凝固冶金和固相冶金過程中產生為危險的一種缺陷。焊接結構產生的破壞事故大部分都是焊接裂紋所引起的。隨著現代工業的發展,焊接結構也趨向大型化、大容量和高參數發展。有的高品質通風管配件在低溫、腐蝕介質下工作,也有的在高溫高壓下工作,廣泛都用到各種高合金鋼、不銹鋼,以及種種合金材料。這些材料往往都對裂紋十分敏感,而裂紋卻又是大多重大事故的誘因,必須十分重視。焊接裂紋種類繁多,產生的條件和原因各不相同。有些裂紋在焊后立即產生了,有些通風管配件價格在(zai)(zai)焊(han)后延(yan)續一(yi)定(ding)時間再(zai)產生(sheng)(sheng),甚至在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)過程中,在(zai)(zai)一(yi)定(ding)的外界(jie)條件(jian)誘(you)發下再(zai)產生(sheng)(sheng)。裂紋既出現在(zai)(zai)焊(han)縫和熱影(ying)響區表面(mian),也產生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)其內部(bu)。它對焊(han)接(jie)結構的危害有以下幾點。
