1、 薄鋼板矩形風管的剛度不夠,表現形式:風管的大邊上下有不同程度的下沉,兩側面小邊稍向外凸出,有明顯的變形。重慶風管對產生的原因分析:① 制作風管的鋼板厚度不符合施工及驗收規范的要求;② 咬口的形式選擇不當;③ 沒有按照《施工及驗收規范》要求,對于邊長≥630 mm或保溫風管≥800 mm,其管長在1 200mm以上,均應采取加固措施。2 、薄鋼板矩形風管扭曲、翹角,表現形式:風管表面不平;對角線不相等;相鄰表面互不垂直;兩相對表面不平行及兩管端平面不平行等。風管產(chan)生的(de)(de)原因(yin)分析:① 矩形板(ban)料(liao)(liao)下料(liao)(liao)后,未對四個角進(jin)行嚴格的(de)(de)角方(fang)測量(liang);② 風管的(de)(de)大邊或小(xiao)邊的(de)(de)兩個相對面的(de)(de)板(ban)料(liao)(liao)長(chang)度(du)(du)和寬度(du)(du)不(bu)相等;③ 風管的(de)(de)四個角處的(de)(de)咬口寬度(du)(du)不(bu)相等;④ 手(shou)工咬口合縫(feng)受力(li)不(bu)均(jun)。
