1、 薄鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)矩形風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)剛(gang)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)夠,表(biao)(biao)現形式:風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)邊上下有不(bu)(bu)同程度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)下沉(chen),兩(liang)側面小邊稍(shao)向外凸出,有明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)變形。對產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)(yin)分析(xi):① 制作風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)厚度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)符(fu)合施工(gong)(gong)及(ji)驗(yan)收規范(fan)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu);② 咬口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)形式選擇不(bu)(bu)當(dang);③ 沒有按(an)照《施工(gong)(gong)及(ji)驗(yan)收規范(fan)》要(yao)求(qiu),對于邊長≥630 mm或保(bao)溫風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)≥800 mm,其管(guan)(guan)長在1 200mm以上,均應采取加固(gu)措(cuo)施。2 、薄鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)矩形風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)扭(niu)曲、翹角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),表(biao)(biao)現形式:風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)表(biao)(biao)面不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping);對角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線不(bu)(bu)相等;相鄰表(biao)(biao)面互不(bu)(bu)垂直;兩(liang)相對表(biao)(biao)面不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)行(xing)及(ji)兩(liang)管(guan)(guan)端平(ping)(ping)面不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)行(xing)等。產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)(yin)分析(xi):① 矩形板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)下料(liao)后,未對四(si)個角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)進行(xing)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)方測量(liang);② 風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)邊或小邊的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)個相對面的(de)(de)(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)長度(du)(du)和寬(kuan)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)相等;③ 風(feng)(feng)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)四(si)個角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)處的(de)(de)(de)咬口(kou)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)相等;④ 手工(gong)(gong)咬口(kou)合縫受力不(bu)(bu)均。
在了(le)解空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原理之前,先來認識(shi)下空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作回路。空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作回路分為蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)區(qu)(qu)和冷(leng)(leng)凝區(qu)(qu),空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)在空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)回路中(zhong)(zhong)起壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)驅動制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)時,中(zhong)(zhong)央空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)把(ba)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)從低(di)壓(ya)(ya)區(qu)(qu)抽取來經(jing)緊(jin)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)后送(song)到(dao)高壓(ya)(ya)區(qu)(qu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)凝結,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)散熱(re)片分發(fa)(fa)(fa)出熱(re)量(liang)(liang)到(dao)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)也從氣(qi)態變成(cheng)(cheng)液(ye)(ye)態,壓(ya)(ya)力升高。制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)再(zai)從高壓(ya)(ya)區(qu)(qu)流(liu)向低(di)壓(ya)(ya)區(qu)(qu),經(jing)過(guo)(guo)毛細管(guan)放射到(dao)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器中(zhong)(zhong),壓(ya)(ya)力驟降(jiang),液(ye)(ye)態制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)立刻變成(cheng)(cheng)氣(qi)態,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)散熱(re)片吸收(shou)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)大量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang)。這樣循(xun)環應用(yong)就完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)通過(guo)(guo)節(jie)(jie)流(liu)裝置節(jie)(jie)流(liu)之后,通入到(dao)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器中(zhong)(zhong),將(jiang)(jiang)所(suo)需要冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)的(de)(de)(de)媒介冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)換(huan)熱(re)。例如將(jiang)(jiang)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器連接到(dao)樓(lou)里的(de)(de)(de)各個(ge)房間,蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)蛇行管(guan)將(jiang)(jiang)同空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)進行換(huan)熱(re),再(zai)通過(guo)(guo)鼓風將(jiang)(jiang)冷(leng)(leng)氣(qi)吹(chui)向房間的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)當中(zhong)(zhong)。而蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器蛇行管(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凍劑(ji)(ji)(ji)換(huan)熱(re)后變成(cheng)(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)蒸氣(qi)回到(dao)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji),再(zai)被壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo),這樣循(xun)環利用(yong)就完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。
1、通風機(ji)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)應符合(he)下(xia)列規定(ding)(ding)(1)風機(ji)試運(yun)轉(zhuan)時,葉(xie)輪旋轉(zhuan)方向(xiang)(xiang)正(zheng)確,經不少于2H運(yun)轉(zhuan)后,滑動軸承溫升不超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)35度(du),高溫度(du)不超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)70度(du);滾動軸承溫升不超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)40度(du),高溫度(du)不超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)80度(du)。(2)離(li)心風機(ji)與減(jian)震臺(tai)座接(jie)觸緊(jin)密,螺栓(shuan)擰緊(jin),并有防(fang)松裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置。(3)管道(dao)風機(ji)采(cai)用減(jian)震吊架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時,風機(ji)與減(jian)震吊架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)緊(jin)密,牢(lao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)可(ke)靠;采(cai)用支(zhi)拖架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時,風機(ji)與減(jian)震器(qi)及支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、托架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)緊(jin)密,穩固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)可(ke)靠。2、過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)、紙(zhi)除(chu)塵器(qi)、過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)吸收器(qi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)應符合(he)下(xia)列規定(ding)(ding)(1)各種設(she)備的(de)型號、規格、額定(ding)(ding)風量(liang)必須符合(he)設(she)計要求。(2)各種設(she)備的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)方向(xiang)(xiang)必須正(zheng)確。(3)設(she)備與管路連(lian)(lian)接(jie)時,宜(yi)采(cai)用整體性(xing)的(de)橡膠軟管接(jie)頭(tou),并不得(de)漏(lou)氣(qi);固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)應平(ping)正(zheng)穩定(ding)(ding)。(4)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)應固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)牢(lao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu),過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)與框架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、框架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)與維護結構之間(jian)無明顯縫隙。(5)紙(zhi)除(chu)塵器(qi)和過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),應固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)牢(lao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu),位(wei)置準確,連(lian)(lian)接(jie)嚴密。
1安(an)(an)裝好(hao)(hao)采(cai)用水平聯(lian)通的方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。操作(zuo)簡單,使用安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)范(fan)圍(wei)廣。有人說,我方(fang)(fang)式(shi)也養(yang)好(hao)(hao)雞,我只(zhi)能說沒有養(yang)不好(hao)(hao)雞的雞舍(she),只(zhi)有養(yang)不好(hao)(hao)雞的人。合理(li)設計(ji)本身是(shi)為(wei)了減小(xiao)勞動量(liang)(liang)的!2開口(kou)大(da)(da)(da)(da)小(xiao)與數(shu)量(liang)(liang)。建議(yi)等于風(feng)管(guan)(guan)橫截(jie)面積,按照(zhao)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)內徑實際(ji)有效面積計(ji)算。開口(kou)大(da)(da)(da)(da)小(xiao)不敢(gan)妄言,開口(kou)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)小(xiao),所需(xu)開口(kou)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)多,出(chu)風(feng)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)細(xi)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)散(san)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)均勻,但(dan)沖(chong)(chong)勁不足(zu)(zu),降低負壓(ya)減緩風(feng)速相(xiang)對更(geng)(geng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)。開口(kou)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da)(da)(da),進風(feng)越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)厚(hou),沖(chong)(chong)勁越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)足(zu)(zu),相(xiang)對可(ke)以提高負壓(ya)工作(zuo),同(tong)樣配置風(feng)管(guan)(guan)數(shu)量(liang)(liang),安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)范(fan)圍(wei)內滿足(zu)(zu)更(geng)(geng)多進風(feng)量(liang)(liang)。(主要是(shi)冷風(feng)緩沖(chong)(chong)范(fan)圍(wei)廣了)3配置方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。根(gen)據(ju)不同(tong)雞舍(she)養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)小(xiao)等兩種配置方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。一(yi)是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)冬季(ji)(ji)大(da)(da)(da)(da)的小(xiao)通風(feng)量(liang)(liang),配置足(zu)(zu)夠風(feng)管(guan)(guan)數(shu)量(liang)(liang),在冬季(ji)(ji)養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)過(guo)程中完(wan)全(quan)(quan)不開啟通風(feng)窗,只(zhi)用風(feng)管(guan)(guan)通風(feng)。二是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)風(feng)機大(da)(da)(da)(da)小(xiao)配比通風(feng)管(guan)(guan),但(dan)不建議(yi)大(da)(da)(da)(da)雞舍(she)滿足(zu)(zu)小(xiao)風(feng)機的配比,此時(shi)小(xiao)通風(feng)在風(feng)管(guan)(guan)不夠用時(shi),開啟通風(feng)窗,過(guo)渡時(shi)機、操作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)不好(hao)(hao)掌握,難度高,容易出(chu)問題。如果配置風(feng)管(guan)(guan)足(zu)(zu)夠,外界溫度持續升高,用到(dao)溫控(kong)降溫模(mo)式(shi)下,開啟側窗通風(feng),相(xiang)對時(shi)機更(geng)(geng)好(hao)(hao),更(geng)(geng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)。
1、在設計靜壓箱時,如果按著規定的風速成進行設計,箱體將會很大;一般的靜壓箱長邊要寬出風管邊400mm,高度要寬出風管高度400mm ;2、選靜壓箱的經驗是5~10db(a)/m,高品質通風管道阻抗復合型(似乎空調通風系統一般都用這個)消聲器10~15db(a)/m;3、控制風速 在2.5以內 若體積太大可適當得提高一下風速 關于長度一般大于1米沒有其他得強制要求 ;4、高度×深度=靜壓箱截面面積,靜壓箱截面面積×2.5m/s=風機風量,至于高度和深度怎么配,自己把握吧;5、用你機組的風量L÷3米/秒,可得到你靜壓箱一個面的面積,然后你根據你房子的高度,假如是4米,可你的機組是2米高,在減去軟接頭大概0.5米,上面留高0.5米,那你的靜壓箱只有1米高,那你就可以確定寬度了,有了兩個數,第三個數也就容易確定了,這里主要的是要看自己的空調機房夠不夠位置,如果通風管道夠(gou)(gou)位置就盡量的(de)(de)(de)大(da)點!!長(chang)度的(de)(de)(de)計算方法也是(shi)一樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de),你知道了寬度,那么你的(de)(de)(de)寬度乘(cheng)以長(chang)度不也是(shi)有個面積嗎?這個面積也要等于L/3,不過在設計院里的(de)(de)(de)面風速(su)是(shi)取(qu)用2m/s的(de)(de)(de),如果夠(gou)(gou)空(kong)間(jian),就做大(da)點吧;
