1. 技術(shu)背景,在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊接(jie)接(jie)頭中(zhong)由于焊接(jie)所(suo)引起的(de)(de)各(ge)種裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen),統稱焊接(jie)裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)。焊接(jie)裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊縫金(jin)屬(shu)與熱(re)影響(xiang)區中(zhong)都可能產生(sheng)(sheng),是焊接(jie)凝固(gu)冶金(jin)和(he)(he)(he)(he)固(gu)相冶金(jin)過(guo)程中(zhong)產生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)危(wei)險的(de)(de)一種缺陷。焊接(jie)結構(gou)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)破壞事(shi)故大部(bu)分都是焊接(jie)裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)所(suo)引起的(de)(de)。隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)發展,焊接(jie)結構(gou)也趨向大型化、大容(rong)量和(he)(he)(he)(he)高參(can)數發展。有(you)的(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)(zai)低溫、腐蝕(shi)介質下工(gong)(gong)作,也有(you)的(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高溫高壓下工(gong)(gong)作,廣泛都用到各(ge)種高合金(jin)鋼(gang)、不(bu)銹鋼(gang),以及種種合金(jin)材料。這些材料往(wang)往(wang)都對(dui)裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)十分敏(min)感,而裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)卻(que)又是大多(duo)重大事(shi)故的(de)(de)誘因,必須十分重視。焊接(jie)裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)種類繁多(duo),產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)條件和(he)(he)(he)(he)原因各(ge)不(bu)相同。有(you)些裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊后立即產生(sheng)(sheng)了(le),有(you)些在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊后延(yan)續(xu)一定時(shi)間再產生(sheng)(sheng),甚至(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)使用過(guo)程中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)(zai)一定的(de)(de)外界條件誘發下再產生(sheng)(sheng)。裂(lie)紋(wen)(wen)既出現在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊縫和(he)(he)(he)(he)熱(re)影響(xiang)區表(biao)面,也產生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)其內部(bu)。它對(dui)焊接(jie)結構(gou)的(de)(de)危(wei)害有(you)以下幾點。
